Day 27 

Good evening athletes, 

WOD: 12 minutes for AMRAP

• 3 Wall Walks                                                • 5 DB Thrusters                                         • 7 Ring Push-Ups                                      • 9 Air Squat Jumps

I am ovbiously not in as good as shape as King P thought I was. I was expected to do 7-9 rounds in the 12 minutes. I’m pretty sure 5 rounds was not his expectation! The thursters put me through a struggle, it is something I have to work on but I am still glad to say that I am improving on my shoulder strength atleast by a little. 

I will be away tomorrow because i’m reffing a gr. 7-8 hockey tournament so tomorrow will be a day off for me.

Day 26

Hockey is offcially over for this season. Westport loses the series 4-2 to Prescott after a 5-2 defeat last night. 

Now it’s time to completely focus on getting better for next season by taking advantage of this Advanced Fitness class.
